Baby Back Ribs Recipe
I want my baby back, baby back, baby back. I want my baby back, baby back, baby back. I want my baby back ribs!
Ingredients:
1 Cup White Vinegar
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Tbsp. Yellow Mustard
1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
2/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Hickory Flavoring Liquid Smoke
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/4 tsp. Paprika
4 Racks Baby-Back Pork Ribs
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, mustard, tomato paste, brown sugar, salt, liquid smoke, garlic, onion, and paprika over medium heat.
Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer, stirring often, for 45 to 60 minutes. Until the sauce is thick.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, and when ready brush oil on the grate.
Place the ribs, bone side down, for 35 minutes. Flip the ribs over and grill for another 20 minutes. Coat the ribs with the barbecue sauce, and let cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove from the grill.
And Enjoy!
