Queso Dip Recipe


True Mexican queso dip, it’s so good, it belongs in a restaurant.


Ingredients:

32 oz. Asadero Cheese, cubed

1/2 tsp. Cumin

1/2 Cup Green Chilies diced

1/4 Cup Onion, finely chopped

1 Tbsp. Chili Powder

1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded & diced

1 Cup Sour Cream


Directions:

In a crock pot, stir in the cheese, cumin, green chilies, onion, chili powder, and pepper.  When the cheese has melted add the sour cream, and serve immediately.

Cook Time: 30 minutes
